1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by royalewin through the website royalewin.onl or our mobile app, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines we may issue from time to time.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and royalewin ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). This agreement takes effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or begin using any part of our platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Use of this platform is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
• Royalewin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and you will be notified via in-platform notifications.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register a royalewin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. royalewin reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is mandatory for all financial and responsible gaming platforms.

• Aged 18 or above at the time of registration.
• A citizen or legal resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• Has never been banned or suspended by royalewin previously.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.

The KYC verification process requires submission of a copy of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address, and payment method details. These documents are processed securely and protected by our 256-bit SSL encryption. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified period may be temporarily restricted until the process is completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawal: Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as specified in your account settings.
• Royalewin reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Any suspected fraudulent activity will result in withdrawals being placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Royalewin offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotional offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member.
• Standard wagering (rollover) requirements range from 15x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the requirements are met.
• Royalewin reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of promotion abuse or fraud.
• The validity period for each bonus is as stated in the respective promotional terms.
• Certain games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, toward bonus wagering requirements.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at Royalewin use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent international bodies. This ensures every game outcome is genuine, random, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Royalewin itself.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the royalewin platform:

• Using automated software (bots), technical tools, or any unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes (particularly in poker or live table games).
• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs for personal gain.
• Engaging in any action that disrupts the experience of other players.
• Using a VPN or other concealment methods to bypass jurisdictional restrictions.

Royalewin employs a sophisticated monitoring system that operates around the clock to detect unusual activity. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and wins obtained through illegitimate means will be fully forfeited.

6 Account Security & Privacy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your royalewin account username and password. royalewin will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Log out of your account after each session on a shared device.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Royalewin is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All collected data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Royalewin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, identity impersonation, or suspected illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• A written request from a competent authority.
• Opening multiple accounts by the same individual.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after the verification process. Accounts closed due to violations are not eligible for any refund.

8 Liability Cap & Disclaimer

Royalewin provides its services "as is" and "as available". While we always strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or data loss at all times.

• Royalewin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• In the event of a confirmed technical disruption, affected bets may be voided and the original wager returned.
• Royalewin is not responsible for any losses resulting from damage to your device or internet connection.
• Third-party links or content, where present, are not the responsibility of Royalewin.

Royalewin's maximum total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim, subject to management's discretion.

9 Responsible Gaming

Royalewin cares about the well-being of every member. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment and enjoyment, not financial burden or stress. As such, we provide a range of self-control tools that you can access directly from your account.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum loss amount you can incur within a given period.
• Betting Limit: Control the total amount wagered per gaming session.
• Session Timeout: Set reminders or time limits for your gaming sessions.
• Self-Break: Suspend your account temporarily for a period of 24 hours to 6 months.
